 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges on all jewellery items, excluding earrings (for hygiene reasons). Return and shipping of the exchanged jewellery is at the cost of the purchaser.

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange, if returned in saleable condition (showing no signs of damage or use, and all jewellery packaging should be returned with the item(s)), within 7 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.

For any issues regarding faulty products, we are happy to either replace the faulty item or refund the method of payment used (within 7 days of delivery).
