SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times:
We will process your order as quickly as possible, and in most cases, will ship out within two (2) to seven (7) business days.
Many items such as the customised SoulFlakes are made to order, so please allow additional time for the creation of your personalised SoulFlake.
Australian Orders:
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders should arrive to you within 7 to 28 business days unless otherwise advised.
Standard delivery is included in the price for jewellery, please contact us for pricing if you prefer express post or courier delivery.
Please also allow additional time for shipments to remote addresses as well as international orders.
Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines.
International Orders:
Please contact us for delivery costs. Shipping to all other countries is approx 7-28 business days. Orders are shipped via a postal service.
Taxes/Duties for International Shipments:
Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery by the recipient. SoulFlakes is not responsible for these fees.
Damaged Goods:
All SoulFlakes pieces are packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or broken in transit, please contact us within seven days of receipt to discuss options.
